Two wines that represent the path we started twenty years ago at the Celler Espelt. Empordà wines, without wood, without anything added, the first organic wines we brought to market. Wines from the Empordà mountains, the terraprim, made between dry stone and granites. Wines that connect us with what we do. Life is for sharing.

The plain: These are the vinyards in front of the winery. Where the winery started. The grapes we use for the younger wines.

Mountain: 25 hectares of organically-grown red varieties. Most of them Mediterranean. Our first experience with the reconstruction of terraces.

We recommend to serve it at 12 ºC aproximately, not too cold or we’d loose its aromas. An inviting wine that is versatile and plays well with all sorts of cuisines, especially pasta à la Bolognesa, with tomato and oregano. Grilled vegetables. Roasted chicken with Provence herbs. Cold cuts of the finest: Iberic ham and sausages, semi-mature cheeses.
